Search warrant in Plaquemine leads to 3 arrest, seized cocaine

PLAQUEMINE - Iberville Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies and Plaquemine Police say they seized a large quantity of cocaine, marijuana and other narcotics while executing a search warrant in Plaquemine last week.

The following arrests were made following the search:

31-year-old Gregory Hardin was booked on charges of possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

39-year-old Jamie Dennis was booked on charges of possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of Schedule II and possession of drug paraphernalia.

29-year-old James Brock was booked on charges of possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous, possession of Schedule II and possession of drug paraphernalia.

In total, agents seized 81 grams of cocaine, 4.4 ounces of marijuana, Schedule II narcotics, drug paraphernalia and a handgun.
