BATON ROUGE - All lanes are now open on I-10 westbound.

Around 5 a.m. Friday morning, a car on fire shut down I-10 westbound at Bluebonnet Boulevard.

The left and center lanes were reopened and the fire was put out about 20 minutes after the initial incident.

All lanes were reopened by 6:20 a.m.
