Auto shop warehouse catches fire in Baton Rouge
BATON ROUGE - Fire crews dealt with a fire inside an automotive warehouse Tuesday.
The fire was reported on S Choctaw near N Cristy Drive around 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon. The fire department says the blaze happened at Kel's Custom Cars.
Several fire trucks were called to the scene to bring the fire under control. A part of Choctaw was closed in front of the business as firefighters fought the blaze. Investigators with BRFD said the flames consumed most of the structure.
The business owner tells WBRZ that three vehicles dating back to the 60s and 50s were inside at the time of the fire.
