A meat distribution company has recalled more than 132,000 pounds of ground beef products over concerns of E. coli contamination.

The company recalling the meat is Cargill Meat Solutions.

The Food and Safety Inspection Service is reporting that one person has died, and 17 others were reportedly sicken since the outbreak was first reported on August 16, ABC Action News reports. The recall has been classified as a Class I recall, meaning there is "reasonable probability that the use of the product will cause serious, adverse health consequences or death."

According to officials, "chub" refers to ground beef packaged in a cylindrical, plastic tube.
