BATON ROUGE - I-10 East in between Highland Road and Prairieville remains reduced to one lane due to rising water.

Traffic crews were on the scene setting up an Aqua Dam in an attempt to keep the water off the interstate. Aqua Dam is a patented device that is deployed and filled with water to hold back flood water.

All lanes were reopened a few hours later.
