List of closures due to severe winter weather
BATON ROUGE - State offices in the Baton Rouge area will be on Friday.
State offices in East and West Baton Rouge, Ascension, Livingston, Assumption, East and West Feliciana, Iberville, and Pointe Coupee parishes will be open.

As Louisiana residents prepare for severe winter conditions, city and government officials are announcing closures for Monday.
Here's a list of what's closing Monday:
STATEWIDE: Officials announced on Sunday that state offices will be closed statewide Monday, February 15, due to serious winter weather.

Commissioner of Administration Jay Dardenne is announced that as a winter storm passes through the area all state offices will be closed.
"All agency heads are responsible for determining those essential personnel who should remain on duty, report for duty or those who should report to alternate work sites as necessary. Officials continue to monitor conditions throughout the state, and this announcement may be updated," said officials. "This office closure applies to all nonessential employees, including those authorized to work from home due to COVID-19."
Ascension Parish
--President Cointment ordered all Parish offices and buildings closed to all non-essential parish employees on Monday, Feb. 15.
East Baton Rouge Parish
--All locations of the East Baton Rouge Parish Library will close on Monday, Feb. 15. This is in line with the City-Parish offices closing due to the incoming inclement weather as announced by Mayor-President Sharon Weston Broome. Libraries will remain closed on Tuesday, February 16, in observance of Mardi Gras.
--Republic Services has suspended garbage and recyclable collections for Tuesday, February 16 in the City of Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge Parish, and the City of Central. Collections will resume for both Monday and Tuesday routes on the next normally scheduled day.
--Ochsner clinic appointments, outpatient diagnostics and elective surgical procedures in the Capital Area scheduled for Monday, Feb. 15 will be postponed. The free COVID-19 community testing scheduled for BREC Jefferson Hwy Park on Monday has also been cancelled.
-- All BREC facilities will be closed on Monday. BREC plans to reopen them Wednesday unless otherwise permitted. Employees who are responsible for the care and feeding of animals, protection of property and other duties will continue their work as necessary.
--The East Baton Rouge Council on Aging announced it will be closed Monday due to extreme weather temperatures.
--Louisiana Women’s Healthcare will be closed Monday and Tuesday, and reopen will on Wednesday.
--City of Zachary government offices will be closed tomorrow on Monday and will remain closed on Tuesday for Mardi Gras.
--Diesel Driving Academy in Baton Rouge is closed today, Feb. 15th, due to inclement weather.
--19th Judicial District Court will resume operations Friday, Feb. 19, 2021.
Livingston Parish
Parish government offices and local schools are closed Monday, February 15th and Tuesday, February 16th in observance of the Presidents’ Day and Mardi Gras holidays.
