BATON ROUGE - All lanes are back open after a vehicle breakdown on I-10 East at the Dalrymple Drive exit caused heavy afternoon delays.

The vehicle was broken down in the right lane, allowing traffic to pass on the left, but it took close to an hour and half for the wreck to be moved and all lanes reopened.

By the time the all clear was announced, the queue related to the incident had reached Capitol Access Drive on I-110 and beyond the LA 415 Lobdell exit on I-10
