ZACHARY - Police identified a man found shot to death this week.

Tuesday, police revealed Jacob Nations, 22, was found dead a day earlier inside an apartment on Lower Zachary Road.

Police said Nations was found shot multiple times. 

Police said officers and paramedics were dispatched to the location after someone reported finding Nations unresponsive. When police went inside, they found Nations dead, authorities said in a news release.
