BATON ROUGE- Highland Road is set to close down next week. 

The EBR City-Parish Dept of Transportation & Drainage Traffic Engineering Division told WBRZ that parts of Highland Rd. will be closed on Nov. 1st from 9:00am-2:00pm. 

The closure will be between Kenilworth Parkway and Staring Lane.

Alternate route will be Lee Drive to Burbank to Staring.
