Michigan fugitive captured in New Orleans

NEW ORLEANS- Federal investigators in New Orleans arrested a fugitive wanted on a kidnapping charge in Michigan.
21-year-old Jacob Chox was arrested outside a Mid-City home on Thursday as part of a multi-state investigation. The arrest was part of an on-going multi-agency investigation including officers in Louisiana, Texas and Michigan.
The FBI New Orleans Division's Violent Crimes Against Children Task Force captured Cox after weeks of undercover surveillance operations. The FBI led task force conducts undercover operations to identify children being used in the sex trafficking industry and arrest their offenders.
