BATON ROUGE- A man was arrested Thursday night on sexual battery charges.

According to the Baton Rouge Police Department, officers were dispatched to Community College Dr. on Nov. 2nd in reference to a sexual assault.

The victim claimed that Isidro Garcia, 37, touched the victim's breasts without her consent and demanded that she have sex with him. After telling him to stop, Garcia put his hands under the victim's shirt and grabbed her breasts.

Police say Garcia admitted to touching the victim without her consent and was arrested. He was transported to the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison and booked accordingly.
