Lindsey Scott verbally commits to LSU football
BATON ROUGE - The recruiting process has finally ended for Lindsey Scott, Jr. as the Gatorade Louisiana player of the year committed to LSU via twitter Sunday morning.
The Zachary Broncos quarterback had initially committed to Syracuse, but Scott backed away from that verbal agreement earlier in January, and offered his state-championship services to the Tigers over the weekend.
Scott accounted for 61 touchdowns rushing and passing during his senior season, guiding the Broncos to the Class 5A state title in December.
