BATON ROUGE - Lexie Priessman is starting to show glimpses of her otherworldly potential at the collegiate level, but it hasn't been easy.
Priessman, once a top-tier Olympic hopeful, suffered several injuries in her junior career and has had 5 surgeries for various injuries to her shoulders and ankles.
After sitting out 4 meets during her freshman year, Priessman has now competed in both of LSU's meets as a sophomore, and scored 9.9's in her two events in the Tigers win over Alabama last Friday.
