BATON ROUGE - A jet at the Baton Rouge Airport briefly experienced engine failure while it was in the air Monday morning.

Officials confirmed that the craft was a corporate jet with seven people on board.

The aircraft reportedly landed safely around 9:30 a.m., sources say.
