In order to qualify for jobs at the event, workers must be able to prove that they are:

- Individuals who have been unemployed for 13 weeks

The hiring event will be held at 1745 Southwest Railroad Avenue in Hammond on Oct. 28 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
