BATON ROUGE – President-elect Donald Trump will speak to a crowd of people at the Dow Chemical aircraft hangar at the Baton Rouge airport Friday afternoon.

Organizers revealed details of the event to WBRZ.com first. People will likely be asked to park away from the hangar and will walk or take a shuttle to the hangar. More specific information about parking will be released later Wednesday or Thursday.

There will be standard government security managed by the U.S. Secret Service.

Trump is set to speak at the event at 1 p.m. Doors open at 10 a.m. Other speakers will take the stage around noon. High-ranking Louisiana republicans have been invited to be a part of the rally, which is described as a get out the vote rally ahead of Saturday's election.
