BATON ROUGE - Police say one person was shot in the arm at a gas station on South Sherwood Forest Boulevard late Tuesday night.

The shooting happened at the Shell gas station in the 2200 block of South Sherwood Forest Boulevard near Harrells Ferry Road around 11:30 p.m.

Baton Rouge Police say the victim was transported to the hospital with non life threatening injuries. 

Details about the shooting are limited at this time. Police are still investigating.
