Fire at New Orleans restaurant in French Quarter

NEW ORLEANS - Firefighters battled a three-alarm blaze at a restaurant in the French Quarter. 

New Orleans Fire Department are on the scene of a fire at Fiorella's at 1136 Decatur Street. Smoke could be seen billowing out of the building. 

It is unclear whether adjacent businesses were damaged in the fire. No injuries were reported. Fire officials said the fire started in the kitchen of the restaurant.  

Traffic on Decatur near the fire is shut down and is being re-routed.

The fire began sometime around 9 a.m., and it was declared under control around 10:15 a.m.
