PORT ALLEN – Emergency responders say at least seven people were hurt and one person was ejected after a crash on I-10 near Port Allen.

According to a spokesperson for Acadian Ambulance, one person was ejected from their vehicle just west of La. 415 on the eastbound lane of I-10.

Multiple ambulances are at the scene and traffic is now passing at the scene.
