CATS buses resuming service Thursday
BATON ROUGE - CATS buses will resume service on Thursday, Sept. 2.
Buses will be running from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. in compliance with the city-wide curfew.
CATS said their phone lines will be out of service until power is restored to the main facility.
