BRPD identifies victim in fatal shooting on Ralph Street
BATON ROUGE - Baton Rouge Police Department officials are investigating a fatal shooting Wednesday.
According to BRPD officials, the shooting occurred in the 2300 block of Ralph Street near Barksdale Street around 10 p.m.
Authorities identified the victim as 22-year-old Joshua Morgan.
Morgan was found dead at the scene.
