BATON ROUGE - Three people were arrested Tuesday after an argument between parents left an infant with a sprained arm.

According to the Baton Rouge Police Department, 48-year-old Charlette Green, 30-year-old Antonio Green, and 19-year-old Marneisha Winning were arrested in connection with the incident.

Officers responded to the 600 block of N. Ardenwood Drive Tuesday night after an argument between the child's parents and paternal grandmother turned physical. Police say the 7-month-old was violently snatched back and forth by all three individuals until the child eventually suffered a spiral fracture to the left arm.

All three involved were arrested and booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on charges of domestic abuse battery, cruelty to a juvenile and child endangerment.

The child is currently being treated for injuries at an area hospital.
