LOS ANGELES - Co-writer and producer of the Back to the Future trilogy, Bob Gale, says the franchise’s iconic time-traveling DeLorean has found a new home at the Petersen Automotive Museum in California.

Other historic vehicles housed at the museum include a 1956 Jaguar XKSS formerly owned by Steve McQueen, the Batmobile from Batman Returns and the Ferrari piloted by Tom Select in Magnum, P.I.
