DENHAM SPRINGS – A boil water advisory has been issued for an area of Denham Springs on Thursday afternoon.

The advisory is for the area of Lockhart Road between Dunn Road and Cockerham Road.

According to the The Ward Two Water District, the water supply system is experiencing problems with the water supply system due to a cut water main on Lockhart Road.

The advisory is in effect for residents of the area until further notice.
