BATON ROUGE - Local drone operator Atmosphere Aerial released some more raw footage of the catastrophic flooding that came to the Baton Rouge area less than a week ago. This time Atmosphere had a drone up over the Old Perkins area.
The Old Perkins Road neighborhood is within range of the swollen Bayou Manchac River, and drone footage taken on Tuesday shows the waters have yet to fully recede. In fact, it rose in some areas, according to some residents of the area.
