BATON ROUGE – All lanes of I-12 East at Millerville are open following a car and motorcycle accident that has caused traffic delays. 

The accident happened on I-12 East near Millerville Road on Tuesday just before 4 p.m. According to EMS, one person has been transported from the scene, however there are no reports on the conditions of injuries at the time of this post. 

According to DOTD, the left and center lanes of the interstate were blocked with traffic only passing through the right lane for about 20 minutes. However, all lanes are now open. Congestion has reached Essen Lane.
