We've been well above average for the entire month of March. In fact, we reached the 80's this past week. What's really strange about that is the fact that we haven't been this warm since Christmas. That all changed today. Today was the first full day of spring, we temperatures just barely reached 60 degrees. Where was that all winter? Tonight, the foreacast low is 38°. The last time we were that cold was February 28th, when we reached 37°.

The last time we started spring this chilly, was back in 2000 when on March 20th, we reached 37° that morning. Normally, our high temperature by now would be near 74° while our low temperatures would be near 51°.

We won't stay this chilly for long. We'll be back to normal (and above normal at that) by midweek. The sun will stay with us though until Thursday. That's when another system comes through bringing us some showers Thursday through Friday. After that, the sun returns will comfortable temperatures.
