BATON ROUGE- A motorcycle wreck sent one person to the hospital and left behind heavy delays on the interstate Thursday night.

The wreck happened on I-10 Westbound near Citiplace just before 10 p.m. According to EMS, one person was transported to the hospital in critical condition. Authorities couldn't comment on whether or not the victim's injuries were life-threatening.

Officials haven't released any more information about the crash at the time of this post.
