NATALBANY - Two men from Independence were killed in a crash Tuesday at the intersection of Natalbany and Greco roads.

State Police said 26-year-old Devarious Robinson was driving 64-year-old Joe Pittman along Greco Road and approaching Natalbany Road around 5 p.m.

Troopers said Robinson entered the intersection into the path of oncoming traffic and a truck slammed into the car's driver's side. Debris from the crash flew and hit another vehicle.

Robinson and Pittman died at the scene. Troopers said they were not wearing seatbelts. The driver and two passengers in the truck were taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
